Please remember half of you first time moms go past 40+5 but no one prepares you for the group chat energy.

no one warns you about THIS kind of labour…

If baby is posterior (sunny side up), that pressure hits your low back HARD. 🔥 and sometimes those contractions come in fast, close together, and intense 😅

TRY not to panic, let’s move this kiddo.

You’ve got options at home:

1. Forward-leaning inversion
→ back that kiddo up + give them space to reposition

2. Sidelying release
→ stretch those “guide wires” + balance the pelvis

3. Hands & knees to get sifted
→ movement helps baby rotate + relieves pressure

4. Open knee chest (face down 🍑 up 😏)
→ let gravity do its thing

5. Counter pressure + TENS
→ firm pressure on the low back = instant relief for a lot of people

😎 This is where your support person really comes in clutch. The goal here is to take some of that intensity out of your back and hopefully see contractions shift back to the front.

If things still feel stuck, run through the sequence again and check in with how your body responds.
