I support families across Edmonton & East Central Alberta with heartfelt, hands-on care for home, hospital, and birth center births — so you can walk into your birth… with less fear, more confidence, a partner who feels involved, and the kind of support that helps you trust your body and speak up for what matters.

The Prairie Birth Process

Every family’s journey into parenthood looks a little different, but my goal is always the same: to create a space where you feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for from pregnancy through postpartum. Here’s a simple look at what the process of working together can look like.

We’ll meet over Zoom for a relaxed, no pressure consult to chat about your birth hopes, questions, and what support could look like for your family.

HOME VISIT

Throughout pregnancy, we’ll connect through monthly calls for support, preparation, questions, and birth planning along the way.

Real conversations, education, and preparation so you know what to expect and how to move through it with confidence

Around 35 to 36 weeks, we’ll meet in your home to prepare more intentionally for birth and postpartum while making sure you feel supported and ready.

When labour begins, I’ll support you physically, emotionally, and informationally throughout your birth experience while quietly documenting moments with my camera as they naturally unfold.
