Most mamas pace, overthink, or tuck themselves into positions that actually make contractions work harder, not smarter.
So… stop that 😉 and try these instead.

✨ Forward-leaning inversion to give baby space.
✨ Open-knee chest to help them rotate.
✨ Exaggerated side-lying to rest while baby settles into the pelvis.

Little shifts → big magic.
Your body is working. Your baby is working.
And you’re doing so much better than you think. 🤍
