It’s warm, grounded, and fully focused on you, whether this is your first birth or your fifth.
This package gives you all the core prenatal and postpartum support your looking for. It’s a gentle, grounded foundation that focuses on helping you feel confident, seen, and supported through your pregnancy and birth. One postpartum session is included, but if you’re craving more hands-on care after baby arrives, Option Two is where you’ll find that extra support and nourishment.

This is the all-in, heart-full experience for families wanting deep care and nourishment from bump to baby — and well into those tender early weeks.
This premium package includes everything in the Basic Prairie Birth Package plus six extended postpartum sessions — because the days and weeks after birth matter just as much as the day your baby arrives.

What’s added in to make the Rooted & Nourished Difference:
Instead of one 2 hour postpartum visit, you receive six 4 hour Cocooning
postpartum sessions, offering consistent, hands on support during the weeks that matter most.
Visits can be scheduled weekly or bi weekly, based on what feels best for your family. Each visit is about what you need that day. Some days that might look like food, rest, and quiet. Other days it might be talking things through, tending to baby, or helping your home feel a little lighter. We take it one visit at a time, adjusting as you go, so you’re always met right where you are.
Each visit may include:
• A nourishing homemade meal & snack with groceries and preparation included
• Fresh flowers, hand delivered with love
• Emotional check ins and birth debriefing
• Breastfeeding support
• Light housekeeping or sibling support
• Space to rest, cry, talk, sleep, breathe, shower, nap, or all of the above

• You are craving warmth, groundedness, and hands on care
• You want a doula who’s there for all of it, the pregnancy, the birth, and those first weeks afterward.

This package includes everything in the Basic Birth Package, with postpartum care intentionally expanded to six 4-hour postpartum visits instead of one. Each visit includes a homemade meal with groceries included, fresh flowers, and hands-on support.
This matters because the real work of birth unfolds after the baby arrives.
Consistent postpartum care supports healing, nourishment, rest, and confidence, so you are not doing those early weeks alone. Postpartum care alone is valued at $2,610 and worth every nourishing minute.
