I’m a birth doula and photographer based in Tofield, Alberta. I’m also a wife and mother to two girls, and it was through motherhood that I discovered how important it is to feel truly supported, seen, and held through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe some of the most meaningful moments in life are often the quiet ones. The deep breaths, steady hands, overwhelming love, and transformation unfolding in between.

My work is rooted in connection, support, and preserving the moments you never want to forget.
