My photography style is a mix of candid moments and a pinch of direction. I'm constantly looking for the magic in every moment and love nothing more than capturing raw and authentic connection. I'm inspired by motherhood and maternity, and truly believe there is nothing more beautiful!

The Lucina Birth Centre (LBC) offers a supportive, welcoming, and cozy birthing environment.  It is a small, intimate centre with only two birthing rooms.

LBC is ideal for people with low-risk pregnancies. We minimize the level of obstetrical intervention and offer natural pain management tools such as water labour and birth.  The centre has beautiful grounds and common areas.

Regardless of your baby's current position, creating balance in your body creates more space for them to improve their position. Not only does this facilitate greater comfort in pregnancy and in birthing but knowing the position of your baby before birth is incredibly empowering!

The placenta contains nutrients as well as  levels of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins stimulate involution (the shrinking or returning to former size) of the uterus. The placenta also contains oxytocin. Oxytocin eases birth stress and causes the smooth muscles around the mammary cells to contract and eject milk.
