PRENATAL PLANNING:
TWO private prenatal meetings ( one virtual, one in person) prior to delivery. Let’s talk about your upcoming birth and everything you hope will be a part of that day, as well as any worries or concerns. This includes creating your very own custom birth plan. We will discuss evidence based information, comfort techniques, critical information about interventions and surgical birth. As well as discussing advocacy in the hospital setting and beyond.
UNLIMITED VIRTUAL SUPPORT:
Let’s make your pregnancy journey as stress free as possible with 24 hour on call doula support. Yes, really, even at 2am! I will be on call from 38 weeks to the birth of your baby.
BIRTHING DAY SUPPORT:
Contractions have started? Let's have a powerful birth! Receive in-person support during your labour and birth. Both at your home and at the birth centre or hospital. My support comes with 14 HOURS of face to face support. This includes 1-2 hours of Immediate Postpartum Care.
ADDITIONAL FEE $42 HOUR after 14 hours
POSTPARTUM PLANNING:
ONE virtual postpartum workshop prior to delivery. We will talk about your upcoming 4th trimester.
